Get to know me

I’m a board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), a wife, and a mom of two. My passion for supporting families during pregnancy and postpartum comes from my own lived experience as a mother navigating a very challenging beginning.

After the birth of my son, I faced postpartum anxiety and depression, with a premature baby, low milk supply, and painful breastfeeding challenges. During that time, I often felt overwhelmed and unsure, this deeply shaped the way I show up for other mothers. I knew I wanted to be the kind of support I once needed.

I began my journey as a labor and postpartum doula, where I discovered my love for breastfeeding support. While completing my training to become an IBCLC, I welcomed my daughter and went on to breastfeed her for 3.5 years, an experience that brought healing and confidence to my work!

Today, I offer in-home and virtual lactation consultations with a compassionate, evidence-based, and judgment-free approach. My goal is for every mother I work with to feel seen, supported, and never alone..no matter what the feeding journey looks like.

A family of five stands outdoors in a park with fall foliage. The father is tall, wearing a purple T-shirt, and smiling. The mother has long hair, wears glasses, and a beige dress. The children include a young boy in a green T-shirt, a girl in an orange dress with a headband, and a slightly older girl in a beige dress. They are all smiling or looking at the camera, surrounded by fallen leaves and tall trees.
